Brooklyn District Attorney Eric Gonzalez is teaming up with Safe Horizon to help support Ukrainian immigrants as they begin to apply for temporary protective status in the United States.
Organizers at Safe Horizon’s Immigration Law Project have paired each Ukrainian immigrant with a law student, a legal volunteer, and a translator to review eligibility requirements, and familiarize themselves with all the documents they’ll have to fill out.
The volunteers are providing Ukrainian immigrants with free services and legal advice.
Today we are providing Information to Ukrainians in New York who are seeking Temporary Protected Status.
All services are free.
